I’ve learned in this day and age “CUSTOMER SERVICE” is “EVERYTHING,” you may or may not agree with me. I would like to share an incident that happen on Sunday at Sprit Mountain Casino in their new club that just open on Saturday calls Raindrops Night Club. Maybe some day they will get attuned to customer service, but they have a long way to go. The fact that employees of that caliber are tolerated and not on unemployment disgraces the establishment. A customer took a cup of coffee from the wrong dispenser or something and was rudely and at length shouted at rudely and loudly and at length being told that she had ruined something or other. Just before we left we witnessed a tantrum by the lady who tends the coffee in the casino. At 8 o'clock somebody cranked up an electric drill or saw that was so loud it actually shook part of the wall. The real capper was that we had traveled all day and decided to sleep in. The server had to be reminded to bring one out of four glasses of water. The 'stuffed potato' was mashed potatoes with something that couldn't be tasted stirred in. At a table of four there was one mistaken order, and an order that was so cold it had to be returned.
We ate at the Cedar Plank which was a serious mistake. Our room was spacious and comfortable with nice amenities.
We were greeted by a super courteous doorman/temp checker.
